They will be responsible for continual development required to educate and collaborate with various internal leadership with our field offices to ensure the best in class and most profitable outcome from our contractual programs assigned. This person will oversee their daily operations to include job order fulfillment, contract compliance, relationship building, and best servicing strategies required by the customer. This role functions as the primary liaison between all internal staffing servicing branch offices, the corporate offices and the designated assigned national account customers throughout the US, including but not limited to 3rd party designated Managed Service Providers ( Interns in this position will act as a client success manager, providing support to the Client Success Leader and managing shared accounts to identify potential opportunities to increase revenue.
